Thank you for your interest in our property! It typically takes two business days to process an application, however, missing information will delay processing. The following must be provided in order for us to run your application:

1. Signed statement. Please turn off pop-up blockers, so your signature can be saved on the online application. We cannot process the application if it is not signed.

2. Picture id for each applicant (driver's license is fine)

3. Proof of income. One month worth of pay stubs per employed applicant (or LES paperwork if military)

4. Processing fee - $50 (nonrefundable) per applicant to process the application. 

Please attach all of these items when you submit your application.  *We recommend using a laptop or desktop computer when completing the application, rather than a cell phone.  If you encounter any issues with attaching your supporting documents, you can email them to croft.tlg@gmail.com, however, this does slow down processing. If you have any questions about how to apply, please call us!  

Your leasing agent will contact you to let you know if your application has been accepted.

Applicants agree and understand that:

• Each occupant and each pet are subject to acceptance and approval by the landlord. 

• The listing broker is obligated to present all applications to the landlord until a lease is signed. 

• Any move-in fees and utility deposits are the responsibility of the applicant(s). 

• Only those persons listed in the application are to live in the premises. 

• There is a SecondNature $44.95 monthly fee (including insurance) or a $34 monthly fee (without insurance) added to all monthly rent amounts.
